This is about the truth in dealing with embarrassing acne problems. Websites will not tell you the truth about acne treatments because it will simply cut into the profits they are hoping to continue soaking from those that are desperate to fix a problem. But there is the truth – most everything sold to acne sufferers is the equivalent of a scam – someone trying to take advantage of those that are desperate to fix a problem.

Not to downplay the feeling one gets when they have really bad acne and pimple problems. Believe me I’ve dealt with zits and pimples myself since I was 10 years old. Zits are a very inconvenient and embarrassing problem. Truth be told though, I have used medicated wipes and face washes many times in search of a solution. Just like all the rest of the people suffering with pimples and zits, I spent a lot of money. My parents even tried a prescription acne medication. It didn’t help one bit, and it was extremely expensive.

So what have I learned in my 25 years on this earth, fifteen of those spent struggling with acne problems? The problem will not go away no matter how much money you throw at it. The problem will not go away if you take a magic pill. My secret is Neosporin. Or if you would like to go a little cheaper, Equate is Wal Mart’s off-brand Neosporin. It says Triple Antibiotic Ointment on the box, but is equal to Neosporin in taking on acne. This will work on the really bad acne too. Just use the Neosporin or off brand equivalent on each open sore and let it heal.

I have not tried using Neosporin on a fresh new zit, but once it is burst the ointment will help the wound heal insanely quickly. So pop the zit and then rub some Neosporin into it. Just leave it on there overnight and then apply some again in the morning. By morning it should already be looking better. By the next day after that, it should be healed up a lot better than any medicated acne scrub or face wash. Don’t buy into the hype you see in websites when it comes to dealing with your acne. Just be aware that too many people are willing to take advantage of desperation, and get your self some Neosporin or off-brand equivalent. I have never tried homemade acne treatments, but this is one acne treatment that I KNOW works when you want the problem gone as soon as possible.
